Where can I find the serial number of my Envision Glasses?

Each Envision Glasses has a unique 16-digit alpha-numeric serial number. 

To find it in Envision App, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Make sure your Envision Glasses are paired with Envision App. You will know they are paired if you can hear the following options in the Glasses tab: Status, Battery, Wi-Fi, Settings and Help.

Step 2: Navigate to the Glasses tab in Envision App and go to Help.

Step 3: Tap on About your Envision Glasses. Go to Serial Number, and here you will find a 16-digit alpha-numeric serial number. 

To find it in Envision Glasses, follow the next steps: 

Step 1: Go to Home and do a one-finger swipe back twice to the Help sub-menu on Envision Glasses. 

Step 2: Do a one-finger swipe forward until you hear About your Envision Glasses, and do a one-finger double tap to select this option.

Step 3: Navigate to the option Serial Number, this will speak out a 16-digit alpha-numeric serial number.

Finally, the Serial Number can be found as well on the back of the Envision body, on the inside, right above the Power Button.
