As an Envision Glasses user, when you purchase Ally Solos Glasses, you will receive an Ally Pro subscription based on your Envision Glasses edition and pass year through a simple opt-in process. This is part of our commitment to adding more value for our community. Please see the details below:
Here’s how it works:
- All Envision Glasses users, whether they have the Read, Home, or Professional Edition, will have access to the free version of Ally, even without a current software update pass.
- If you purchased the Envision Glasses Read or Home Edition before 2025 and as well purchased the 2025 Software Update Pass, you will have access to Ally Pro until: December 31, 2025
- If you purchase the Envision Glasses Read or Home Edition in 2025, you will have access to Ally Pro until: December 31, 2026
- If you have the Professional Edition, you will have access to Ally Pro until: December 31, 2027
How to request your free Ally Pro plan:
Send your request to: support@ally.me
Please include:
- Your purchase receipt: Please share either your Shopify order number for direct purchases or, if you purchased through a distributor, valid proof of purchase. This will help us quickly locate your order and assist you.
- Your Envision Glasses serial number: To locate your serial number, please see Where can I find the serial number of my Envision Glasses?
- Your registered Ally app email address: Please open your Ally app, go to the Preferences tab, and select the Account Info screen. Then, please share the email address used to log in so we can activate your entitlement.
If you haven’t downloaded the Ally app yet, which works separately from the Envision App, please follow the steps below to install the Ally app on your smartphone:
- Download, sign in, and verify your ally account on iPhone
- Download, sign in, and verify your ally account on Android
- Sign in, and verify your ally account on the Web
- Introduction to ally on Envision Glasses
Once verified, our team will manually add your Ally Pro plan. The subscription period will start from the date we process your request.
