Getting your Envision Glasses Ready

In this section, you will find videos on how to get your glasses ready for you to use them!

Below you find a video about how to attach the frame to your Envision Glasses. In case you have bought a designer frame, here we guide you on how to switch between the frames of your glasses.

Pairing Envision Glasses with the Envision App

Getting to know the Gestures

To navigate through the Envision Glasses menu, you will need to use certain finger gestures on the touchpad. On the video below, we explain how to use the gestures:

Connecting to Wi-Fi

Some of the features of your Envision Glasses, require an internet connection, for this we have created a video that explains tow to connect to a wifi network.

Scan Text

One of the main features of the Envision Glasses is Scan Text. If you are still new to this feature, you can take a look to the video below, where we explain how this feature works and how to use it.

This feature also has certain options that allows you to have a better experience with scanning your documents. One is Smart Guidance, that helps you in correctly positioning the document in front of your camera. You can check the video below to know more about what is smart guidance and how to get the best results:

Another option from scan text is Layout Detection, which helps you in reading documents with more than one column and headings. We have created a video where we explain what Layout detection does and how to use it.

Voice Commands

Adding an Ally

Another commonly used feature is the Call feature, which allows you to video call your allies. If you are wondering how to add an ally to your glasses, we have created a video to help you!

Favorites

This feature allows you to quickly access your favorite features from your home screen. Envision Glasses comes with Instant Text and Scan Text as default favorites. However, you can personalize them as you wish!
