Envision will always first attempt to repair or debug the device remotely via video call, and if repair or debugging is not possible, the Envision Glasses can be sent to our headquarters and, depending on the warranty condition, a replacement will be sent. Note that this does not cover damages caused by the user.
Please note that the warranty period may vary if the purchase is made through a distributor. For your convenience please consult directly with our distributor if this is the case. The full list of Envision Worldwide distributor contacts is available by tapping here.
Beyond Warranty Period
In the case of out-of-warranty Envision Glasses, if it is not possible to repair them remotely, users can send the unit to Envision's headquarters at their own risk and at their own expense.
Repair of the device is not guaranteed. We will always do our best to try to repair the unit free of charge, if possible. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the repair costs and, if you agree to pay the costs, we will proceed with the repair.
If repair is not possible, we will see if a new unit can be provided at a discounted price. If the end-user chooses not to purchase a new unit and wishes to receive the damaged unit, the end-user must arrange the shipment of this unit back to the initial location.
All costs associated with shipping the device to Envision's headquarters and back to the end-user's location, which may include import duties and customs charges, as well as all costs of repairing the glasses or, if they are not repairable, purchasing a new unit, will be borne by the end-user.If you are experiencing a problem with your Envision Glasses, please contact Envision's Customer Success Team at support@letsenvision.com
