Each ally can have only one language configured at a time. The language used during the conversation is based entirely on the language currently set for that Ally in the Ally app.
If the language changes during a conversation, it usually means that the ally language was not updated as expected or that the conversation was started before the language change was fully applied.
At this time, the Ally app does not support multilingual conversations within a single session. For the most consistent experience, we recommend confirming that your Ally is set to one preferred language before starting the conversation.
How to change the language for your Ally:
- Open the Ally app.
- Go to Preferences.
- Select Personalization.
- Tap on About your Allies.
- Choose the Ally you are using.
- Update the Language to your preferred option.
Please make sure only one language is selected for your Ally before starting a conversation, as multilingual conversations are not supported at this time.
