Your Ally Solos Glasses can easily connect with your phone’s voice assistant, such as Siri (on iPhone) or Google Assistant (on Android).
This allows you to make calls, send messages, play music, check the weather, and much more—completely hands-free.
Before You Begin
Make sure your Ally Solos Glasses are paired via Bluetooth with your smartphone. Keep the Ally app open in the background to ensure the connection stays active. Confirm that your phone’s microphone and voice assistant permissions are enabled.
For iPhone users using Siri
- Press and hold the touchpad on the right arm of your Ally Solos Glasses until you hear the activation sound.
- Then simply say your command.
- Siri will respond through the speakers of your Ally Solos Glasses.
Tip: If 'Hey Siri' is enabled on your iPhone, you can activate Siri hands-free without touching your Ally Solos Glasses.
For Android users using Google Assistant
- Press and hold the touchpad on the right arm of your Ally Solos Glasses until you hear the beep.
- Speak your command
- Google Assistant will reply through your Ally Solos Glasses.
Tip: You can also say 'Hey Google' or 'Okay Google' if your phone supports voice activation.
Troubleshooting
If the voice assistant doesn’t respond:
- Check that your phone is unlocked and within Bluetooth range.
- Make sure the Ally app is open in the background.
- Verify that your touchpad gestures are working, try swiping to confirm responsiveness.
- Restart both your phone and your Ally Solos Glasses, then try again.
